Job Description

Oversee the execution, and delivery of a 2-story building project from groundbreaking to handover.
Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with safety and building regulations, and manage risk proactively.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues.
Maintain clear communication with stake holders.
Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Project Management/Civil Engineering or in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
