Job Description
- Manage IT operations and maintain all systems and hardware.
- Support users and ensure timely reporting.
- Implement software/hardware improvements.
- Ensure data security and the availability of IT materials.
- Provide training and development for the IT team.
- Collaborate across departments for smooth tech integration.
- Report to the IT Manager and update corporate IT.
