Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between the company and key external stakeholders such as service providers, partners, and vendors.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication between internal departments to ensure timely support and follow-through on operational matters.
- Manage queries, address concerns, and support prompt resolution of stakeholder issues.
- Monitor and support internal operational KPIs related to service standards and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to improving internal workflows and stakeholder satisfaction through feedback and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in relationship management, coordination, operations, or client servicing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
