Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum O’ Level qualification.
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in food distribution or FMCG.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Knowledge of inventory software and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Go-down, ensuring smooth and efficient storage and distribution of goods.
Manage inventory control, stock organization, and documentation to prevent losses and ensure accurate records.
Supervise loading, unloading and dispatch activities to maintain timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Implement safety and hygiene standards for handling fresh produce and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels and meet business demands.
Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and operational excellence.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure warehouse efficiency and proper maintenance of equipment.
