We are seeking energetic, dedicated, and Results-oriented individuals to join our team !
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain staff employment agreements and job descriptions up to date.
- Provide copies of the agreement job description to all existing staff in due time.
- Conduct all aspects of new staff onboarding and complete relevant checklists.
- Responsible for carrying out all tasks in accordance with the onboarding procedure and relevant checklists.
- Register new expatriate employees in HR systems.
- Prepare and issue staff ID cards.
- Register new staff fingerprints in the attendance management system and assign staff to the relevant device.
- Prepare employment agreement and job descriptions of new staff and ensure the documents are signedby the staff and supervisor.
- Prepare new employee personnel files and ensure to complete new registration checklist.
- Participate in the interview sessions/trips, HR related surveys and exhibitions/job fairs.
- Maintain regular update of all works assigned and timely update the status information to the superiors.
- Perform other duties required or assigned, which help to improve the productivity and service of the department.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources management or related field with 2 years of experience OR
- Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources management or related field with 3 years of experience.
- Must be familiar with Excel.
- Must be available to work long hours and odd hours.
Salary Benefits
- Salary: MVR 11,840
