Job Description
- Advise the General Manager on HR strategy and organizational
development. - Lead a high-performing HR team including HR, L&D, Welfare, and
resort clinic staff. - Design and implement programs that reinforce the company’s values
and support a respectful and inclusive work culture. - Drive change management efforts and ensure smooth transitions
during business changes. - Develop and lead succession planning, talent development, and
high-potential programs. - Manage recruitment strategy and employer branding, engaging with
communities and institutions to build talent pipelines. - Oversee the resort’s compensation, benefits, and performance
management systems. - Maintain and enhance HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and
alignment with business needs. - Promote employee well-being through wellness initiatives and a
safe, supportive work environment. - Lead the communication and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring
compliance with legal and organizational standards. - Monitor and report on key HR metrics to support data-driven
decisions. - Manage HR budgets, workforce planning, and payroll forecasting.
- Support operations in team accommodation, welfare, and employee
facilities. - Foster an open-door culture and provide coaching to department
leaders.
