Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum O’ Level / Secondary School Certificate.
- Prior experience in a retail or supermarket environment preferred.
- Basic math and inventory skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and organize stock.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow stocking standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Salary and Benefits
- MVR 9,000 - MVR 10,000
- Staff Health Insurance
- Annual Ticket
- Sales Commission (After Probation)
- Yearly Bonus depending on performance
