What You’ll Do

Execute and manage marketing communications across social media, sponsorships, retention campaigns, and promotions
Lead a team of creatives and coordinate with external agencies and partners
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with brand strategy
Track performance and manage marketing budgets and reporting
Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns and marketing activities

What We’re Looking For

Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing communications-focused role
Strong grasp of content creation, digital marketing, and channel strategy
Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage third-party vendors
Experience in performance tracking and budget management
Excellent communication and writing skills
Bonus: Experience in retail or consumer-facing sectors
Maldivian nationals preferred
