Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum O’Level / A’Level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail or supermarket environment, including cashier duties.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle pressure.
- Honest and able to manage confidential transactions.
Salary and Benefits
- MVR 14,000 - MVR 16,000
- Staff Health Insurance
- Annual Ticket
- Sales Commission (After Probation)
- Yearly Bonus depending on performance
