We are seeking energetic, dedicated, and Results-oriented individuals to join our team !
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide information about fire safety solutions, and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Handle sales orders, invoices, and quotations while ensuring accurate record-keeping of customer transactions.
- Maintain communication with clients through follow-up calls, emails, and visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay updated on company products and services to effectively promote and recommend the best solutions to customers.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to track product availability and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets, provide daily sales reports, and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Other administrative tasks to support the office
- Familiarity with Quick Books will be considered an added advantage
Qualification
- Minimum 3 passes in GCE O’ Level including English.
- knowledge of clerical and Sales procedures and systems
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is advantageous.
