Job Specification

Assist to maintain branding guidelines in corporate content and communication
Assist to develop creative artworks for doctor’s promotions, Specialty promotions and services promotions
Assist in the development of animated content / video content in terms of promoting Tree Top Hospital’s doctors, specialties, products and services
Design 360* marketing campaigns to promote specialties
End to end execution of branding and marketing elements, including digital and physical branding.
Support in the photography / videography for both internal as well as external events
Social Media uploading of Posts and the overall management of Social Media; including promotions, tracking of key social media metrics to drive conversions and brand recognition.
Assist to manage and oversee all digital marketing channels (social media, website, etc.), including SEO strategy and execution

General Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant discipline and/or more than 1 year experience in similar field preferred
Excellent skills with design software's. Primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends, Meta, Adwords)
Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
