Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing, evaluating, justifying, updating and maintaining of budgets and budgetary controls; and following budget revise and printing Profit & Loss statement of budget.
- Preparing, evaluating, justifying, updating and maintaining of inventory management of CPMD Stock and Project site.
- Drafting policies and procedures that is required for recording of costs effectively and efficiently.
- Preparing statistical, narrative financial statements and data processing personnel regarding work of fiscal and clerical personnel in making entries.
- Preparing expenses tracking system, collects data on direct, and overhead costs of project operations.
- During the auditing process, obtain and provide relevant documentation and information to the Auditors.
- Collect project report sheet, issuing materials to specific projects, monitoring with the reasoning account codes and posting to the appropriate period.
- Collection of petty cash bills, passing entries and printing the bills; sending the pass entries to refund and collecting the reimbursed amount and handing over to the Project Manager.
- Attaching the Debit note request, verify quantity, checking the calculations and enter the account codes sign and dispatch to finance.
- Recommends and assists in the implementation of new or revised accounting systems, procedures and records.
- Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks receivables and Assists departmental personnel with budget questions, proper expenditure coding, document processing.
- Perform other duties required or assigned, which help to improve the productivity and service of the department.
Minimum Requirements
- MNQF level 7 Qualification in a related field with minimum 1 years experience in a similar role OR
- MNQF level 5 Qualification in a related field with minimum 2 years experience in a similar role OR
- MNQF level 4/ A' Level with minimum 3 years experience in a similar role OR
- O' Level 3 Passes with minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
Salary Benefits
- Salary with other allowances: MVR 12,300
