Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store conditions, ensuring assigned racks and product placements are organized.
- Conduct daily checks on expired items and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide assistance in selecting products.
- Learn and provide accurate knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Actively participate in receiving and stocking new shipments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and product handling.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
