- The HR and Admin Assistant supports the Human Resources and Administrative departments in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth office functioning and effective HR processes. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, coordinating office activities, handling internal communications, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
