We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional
customer service. In this role, you will oversee daily showroom operations, support sales performance,
manage customer relations, and lead the team to deliver a seamless and satisfying buying experience in line
with Honda’s standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales & marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in customer-facing roles or Operations.
- At least 02 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
- Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the team to meet sales targets through motivation, tracking, and strategic planning.
- Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer service as
- per Honda standards.
- Guide the team in handling inquiries, ensuring prompt follow-ups and strong lead conversions.
- Support the full sales process, including documentation, approvals, and customer communication,
- with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating motorcycle registration and delivery for a timely and smooth customer
- experience.
- Work with the Manager on market studies and submit reports to Honda as needed.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, identify service gaps, and implement improvements.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations to develop team skills and efficiency.
