Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Ensure all stock movements (receipts, transfers, returns) are properly recorded.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to manage stock levels efficiently.
- Identify and report stock variances, damages, and expired items.
- Oversee proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to optimize stock flow.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights on stock trends.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including stock receiving and dispatching.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards (HACCP) in the warehouse.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG or wholesale/retail industry is preferred.
