Candidate profile
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel.
- Completed O’ level.
- Good spoken English.
- Knowledge of MS applications.
- Organize and has strong attention to detail.
Job Description
- Answers the telephone and records all incoming calls and follows up the messages.
- Informs relevant supervisors/ Front Office delegates of related messages.
- Records all lost and found items that had been left by guests when they checked out in the Lost And Found Book.
- Raises various requisitions whenever necessary and follows up on items that are not received.
- Orders guest supplies and cleaning supplies from the general stores.
- Keeps Assistant housekeeper and Supervisors informed on all OOO rooms.
- Keeps Attendance records.
