Job Description
- Maintain resort's standards, policies and procedures with all service personnel.
- Prioritize, organize and delegate work tasks.
- Direct performance of service staff and follow up with corrections where needed.
- Motivate service staff and maintain a consistent team.
- Promote positive work relationships with service personnel and other departments.
- Maintain good coordination with all F&B outlets.
Candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Loves interacting with guests, service-oriented with an eye for details.
