We are seeking energetic, dedicated, and Results-oriented individuals to join our team !

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal systems (sales, inventory, finance, POS).
Analyze trends, performance metrics, and key business indicators.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support retail and wholesale operations.
Provide insights into customer behavior, sales trends, inventory movement, and supplier performance.
Collaborate with department heads to support data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through data.
Maintain accurate and well-organized databases
Work with IT and ERP teams to ensure proper data integration and flow across departments.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
Support demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and stock planning using historical data and predictive models.
Assist in preparing reports for management presentations, budgeting, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role (retail/wholesale industry preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Experience with SQL and working knowledge of databases or ERP systems.
