Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity analysts and engineers
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies
- Oversee incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management processes
- Collaborate with clients to assess risk, recommend solutions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Drive Research and Development (R&D) initiatives to enhance service offerings
- Present security assessments, reports, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, including leadership or managerial roles
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
