We are looking for motivated and capable candidates to join our team. !

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead on-site teams for elevator installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Ensure all elevator installations adhere to local and international codes, including EN 81, ISO, and other relevant safety regulations.
Manage and assign tasks to technicians, track performance, and provide technical guidance and training as needed.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to elevator systems, coordinating with engineers and suppliers when necessary.
Conduct inspections, testing, and quality control checks to ensure proper functionality and compliance with project specifications.
Maintain detailed documentation, including daily progress reports, labor hours, service logs, and safety records.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and company policies, conducting regular safety briefings.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in electrical, mechanical, or elevator engineering is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of elevator installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret elevator blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with modern elevator control systems, including BLT and Orona elevators, is an advantage.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights.
Willingness to work at project sites outside Malé.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in elevator installation, maintenance, or a related supervisory role.
