We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Sales Representatives to join our team at the Honda Parts Center in Male’. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in sales and customer service, and who are eager to contribute to the growth of our company.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level with 2 passes, or GCE 'O' Level with 6 passes, including English.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or motorcycle parts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer grievances professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Assist customers with spare parts and power product inquiries both in-store and online, ensuring timely service.
- Handle customer issues, provide alternative solutions, and manage returns or damaged products.
- Coordinate wholesale orders, verify order accuracy, and arrange deliveries.
- Assist with inventory management, including product displays and window arrangements.
- Contribute to promotional efforts and actively participate in events.
