We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our dynamic Team. !
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalized service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Efficiently manage reservation processes, ensuring smooth communication with clients and prompt handling of inquiries
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer expectations are consistently met, deadlines are adhered to, and service quality is maintained
What We Expect
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role within the Maldives DMC industry or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential computer tools
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, with strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
- Quick adaptability, efficient work habits, and a strong team-oriented mindset
