We are looking for a Senior Credit Control Officer !
Job role
- Actively pursue outstanding debt, in accordance with company policies.
- Carry out regular follow-ups and take credit control actions as required.
- Attend to customer inquiries and seeking required information from other Departments within Dhiraagu if necessary.
- Prepare and issue payment plans/extensions when required.
- To ensure that service is only provided to customers who are considered creditworthy.
- Intelligently review segmental debtors reports to ensure credit control procedures are operating in accordance with Company procedures.
- Compiling the lists of ceased accounts for recovery actions.
- Manage customer’s debt transfers and adjustments.
- Compile case files for customers listed for litigation.
- Managing customer refunds in a timely manner.
- To keep abreast of developments or changes made to company billing systems/procedures in order to supply accurate and up-to-date information to customer queries.
- Managing and allocating payments collected through the collection actions, recovery, and legal process.
- Coordinate postage and letter delivery with Maldives Post Limited.
- Managing invoices from Maldives Post Limited for letters delivery service.
- Prepare reports & KPIs as advised by the management.
- Carry out any other tasks related to work, as and when required by the immediate superior or management.
- Assist other members of the Collections Team.
Must have skills
- Competency in English and Dhivehi Language, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other client application
- Confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner
- Willing & Keen to learn
Qualifications
- GCE A' Level, Diploma or Degree in Finance in a related field
