Human Resources Assistant (Maldivian Only)
Key output is to complete all assigned tasks, achieve assigned sales targets, delivering market leading performance, ensure Outrigger Maldives is the first choice for assigned designated accounts, maximize revenue and commercial opportunities with customers and partners and deliver effective communication Within the hotel as well as across Sales function and with customers and Partners.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience within similar position in a
- Five-star resort in Maldives.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Detailed, organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, people’s person and service oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
