We are looking for a Consumer Sales Channel Manager !
Job role
- Maintain a professional and a good working relationship with all partners in the distribution channel.
- To ensure all operational and financial documents associated with the Distribution daily operations are completed correctly and on time.
- To obtain relevant statistical and financial information from the Distribution and to generate weekly/ monthly reports by showing distributor and retailer performance and analyze territory wise and take the necessary actions to maintain our position in the market.
- To advise and assist customers with the various products and services.
- Manages and maintains relationships with partners / retailers in the distribution channel via meeting, telephone calls, visits and email. Handles questions, inquiries and assist partners in all aspects.
- Gather market information and recommend appointments of new partners in different regions to prospect for new business.
- Schedules and make the necessary sales calls, visits and submit reports of sales activities
- Enhance brand visibility in distributor and retailer shops by ensuring that partners adhere to the terms and conditions such as displaying proper signage, sticker brochures, posters and other promotional materials.
- Constantly focus on strengthening distribution by monitoring the performance of distributors and retailers.
- Achieve targets on sales for Kits, cards and Reload through Distributors and Retailers.
- Always have a comprehensive understanding of the partners, business opportunities, competitor information and the retailer market.
- Plan and implement sales events activities to increase our market share.
- Carry out other duties in the Department as assigned by the head of the Department.
- To ensure a sufficient stock of phone cards, vouchers and pre-paid kits are always available for partners.
- To deliver excellence in quality, value and customer service at all times.
- To sell products to customers with the aim of 'up selling' as much as possible.
- Communicate customers and partners' needs and utilize and coordinate all available resources to ensure appropriate solutions are provided to meet these needs.
- To keep abreast of market information.
- To establish a good customer base through friendly and helpful interactions
- Keep track of the new developments in the products and services and keep all key contacts informed.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate Qualification and professional certification from relevant professional bodies. MBA or additional qualification relevant to the field will be beneficial
