We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic , Facility Maintenance Assistant to join our team !
Main Responsibilities
- Carrying out tasks assigned as per the reporting supervisor
- Carrying out inspections and assessment of facilities as per the SOPs of the department and requests of supervisor
- Keeping a proper inventory of all the materials and equipment of the department and inform the supervisor well in advance about depleting resources and equipment that needs to be replaced
- Conducting the cleaning of the indoor areas of the MWSC’s premises. (Including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, washing carpets, wiping windows, chair cleaning etc.)
Required Qualification & Experience
- Completion of GCE A'Level/O'Level/Certificate 3 qualification
- or completion of grade 10 with 1-year experience in a related field
- or basic education with 2 years of experience in a related field
