Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Customer Service Assistant !
Roles & Responsibilities

  • To provide services to customers at Centre in accordance with the Operational Procedure Manual. 
  • To attend the customer services and enquiries in a speedy, accurate, efficient and friendly manner 
  • To work towards meeting assigned deadlines and other service delivery timelines
  • Managing customer applications and onboarding new clients.
  • Consistently deliver quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction and trust 
  • Solicit customer’s feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions 
  • Communicating courteously with customers 
  • Investigating and solving customers problems 
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents such as security issues and operational issues 

To be successful in this role you will ideally have

  • Excellent analytical skills and judgment, good business sense, and decision-making skills based on Bank’s policies and procedures 
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills 
  • Results driven and customer focused 
  • Excellent salesmanship
