Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Customer Service Assistant !
Roles & Responsibilities
- To provide services to customers at Centre in accordance with the Operational Procedure Manual.
- To attend the customer services and enquiries in a speedy, accurate, efficient and friendly manner
- To work towards meeting assigned deadlines and other service delivery timelines
- Managing customer applications and onboarding new clients.
- Consistently deliver quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction and trust
- Solicit customer’s feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
- Communicating courteously with customers
- Investigating and solving customers problems
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents such as security issues and operational issues
To be successful in this role you will ideally have
- Excellent analytical skills and judgment, good business sense, and decision-making skills based on Bank’s policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Results driven and customer focused
- Excellent salesmanship
