Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Customer Service Officer !
 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all branch operations pertaining to counter transactions, applications, and various services. 
  • Uphold the precision and organization of all teller transactions within the branch.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with service level agreements across all provided services. 
  • Conduct routine reconciliations of accounts and meticulously review daily and end-of-day reports.
  • Champion the delivery of exceptional customer experiences within the branch.
  • Provide motivation and coaching to staff to elevate their performance and customer service proficiencies.
  • Safeguard customer confidence and uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information pertaining to the bank's operations. 
  • Responsibly, address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. 
  • Actively promote the bank's diverse range of products and services to customers.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Foster a culture of risk management and exemplary service within the branch. 
  • Ensure strict adherence to the bank's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to achieve branch objectives.
  • Execute additional tasks assigned by the Branch Manager 

To be successful in this role you will ideally have

  • Thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in banking operations and transactions. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to motivate teams, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve complaints tactfully. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness in decision-making under pressure.
  • Efficient time management and resource allocation skills. 
  • Demonstrated salesmanship and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
