Job Role
- Manage existing customer base, by connecting through regular sales calls as required
- Provide rates proposals for corporate customers in a timely manner & update rate structures on the systems accurately
- Maintain & update customer records such on systems to obtain clear and accurate monthly reports.
- Responding customer queries promptly and keep close follow up and ensure to provide solutions to customers in consultation with Customer Service and/or operations team.
Requirements
- Secondary School Education, Ordinary Level including mathematics & English.
- Preferably one year experience in similar field. Equivalent combined experience/education in Shipping and Logistic industry would be an added advantage.
- Interpersonal skills, computer literacy, good verbal & written communication skills in English & Dhivehi.
