We are looking for a Online Sales Officer/Executive !
Responsibilities
- Maintaining an accurate record of all the sales from website on daily basis.
- Entering new products to ecommerce platform and display products accurately on the website.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue.
- Meet revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- A-Level or degree
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Good knowledge of online sales techniques and strategies
- Proficient in using WooCommerce, CRM systems and sales software
- Analytical mindset to track and interpret sales data
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, fast learner and passion for sales
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationship.
