Guest Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to queries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinating room assignments and special requests for tours, watersports activities, resort facilities and entertainment.
- Manage traveler's profile, including feedback and recommendations received.
- Identify opportunities to promote, upsell, and cross-sell products and services.
- Act as a central hub for all departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience with same position is an advantage
- Effective time management, planning, and organizing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics
