Job Role
- Examine and collect visa application documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Address customer/applicant queries via email, telephone, or in person.
- Accurately record and maintain application data in the system with zero errors
Requirements
- GCE O/L or Equivalent Education Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Industry Would be an Added Advantage
- Good Command in Dhivehi & English
- Demonstrable Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy
