We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Sheesha Pvt Ltd. This role involves supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and organizing promotional activities to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing (Bachelor’s degree in marketing is favorable)
- Past 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content creation, and social media marketing
- Knowledge of using adobe creative suite will be an added advantage
- Experience with research using data analytics software
- Good teamwork skills
- Communication skills and networking ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and planning skills
- Preferable age 24 years and below
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies in line with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and new opportunities.
- Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and analyzing performance.
- Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Support sales through customer engagement and providing necessary marketing support.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management and vendor agreements.
