Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree I Master’s Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Procurement / Logistics
Proven record as Accountant or any relevant experience for 3-5 years
Exposure to global accounts / purchase / shipping related transactions will be an added advantage
Proficiency working and/or knowledge with advanced Excel functions / Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to analyze data and solve problems with a high level of integrity

Responsibilities:

Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, receivables, etc.
Manage and document all financial transactions globally by stating account information.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Ensure timely bank/other payments. Prompt payment to vendors while ensuring payment is received for outstanding credits. Tracking all the Receivables and updating.
Ordering and Inventory Control; Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Maintain accounting controls by complying with financial policies and regulations.
Recording and settling the invoices within a specific perimeter and a given timeframe, in accordance with standard accounting and tax practices.
Maintain financial transactions and documents for all shipping-related operations.
