Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Retail and Wholesale sectors.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and client referrals.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients and handle client queries and complaints effectively, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the FMCG sector.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the territory and map out strategies to penetrate the market.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, progress reports, and client activity summaries.
• Conduct market visits to maintain high merchandising and customer service standards.

Requirements
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in the food supply industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively analyze sales data and market trends.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
