We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team at the Sheesha L. Gan Outlet. If you are enthusiastic about sales and eager to excel in a dynamic work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or Sales & Marketing, or GCE “A” level with at least 2 passes.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer grievances professionally.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational activities related to the outlet and take actions to run operation smoothly.
- Follow established policies and procedures to achieve service standard set for the outlet.
- Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments and government agencies as needed.
- Facilitate training for new hires and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide monthly assessments of departmental targets and performance.
- Collaborate with inventory team to monitor stock levels, prepare sales forecasts.
