We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at the Sheesha Showroom in Male’. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to excel in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, this role is perfect for you.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or Sales & Marketing, or GCE “A” level with at least 2 passes.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer grievances professionally.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the showroom.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy in transaction processing.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a clean and organized showroom.
