We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at the Sheesha Showroom in Male’. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level with 2 passes, or GCE 'O' Level with 6 passes, including English.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer grievances professionally.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory records accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
