We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at the Sheesha Showroom in Hulhumale. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level with 2 passes, or GCE 'O' Level with 6 passes, including English.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer grievances professionally.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all documentation related to the motorcycle registration process, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with the inventory department to receive motorcycles according to the dispatch list.
- Liaise with mechanics to ensure motorcycles are prepared for delivery in a timely manner.
- Communicate delivery details, including date, time, and location, to customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
