We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Representative to join our team at the Sheesha Service Center in Male’. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level with 2 passes, or GCE 'O' Level with 6 passes, including English.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer grievances professionally.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in sales processes and manage orders and payments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
