We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints while ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our sales efforts.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level with 2 passes, or GCE 'O' Level with 6 passes, including English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front office roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Having prior experience in a customer care training program or possessing a relevant certification will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer grievances professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and complaints with courtesy.
- Assist customers with service bookings, provide maintenance package information, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and update service status in the system.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely communication of service progress to customers.
- Assist in managing and resolving customer grievances.
