Job Description
- Receive daily collection (cash and cash card) from sales, subscription
- Proactively promote sales and information to customers, maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisement.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and the general public.
- Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and other related duties as assigned.
- Prepare the daily cash summary and daily collection report / reconcile the daily collection with the collection report
