Responsibilities:
• Understand the administrative work of the company
• Coordinate and implement office procedures
• Compose emails for office staff.
• Carry out administrative duties, such as scanning, typing, filing, etc.
• Asist in the coordination of Shipment and Deliveries
• Support and guide office visitors
• Work with office staff to create and deliver presentations
• Prepare and monitor invoices
• Develop and maintain company Agreement, contract and files
• Other administrative tasks to support the office

- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is advantageous.)
