REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in a relevant field
• Previous work experience will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Available long hours as and when needed.


RESPONSIBILITIES
A Field Sales Officer will work mostly outside the office, directly engaging with clients or customers in their locations
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company. This often involves identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
• Gathering and analyzing market data to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Having in-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold to effectively address customer inquiries and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Providing regular updates on sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions to management.
• Negotiating terms and conditions with clients to close deals while ensuring that the agreements align with company policies.
• Offering exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
