Responsible for carrying out the daily duties of a service coordinator, including but not limited to making arrangements related to sending engines to the sites, managing project requests, attending job requests received via phone and email, making site job cards, administrative works of Honda Marine Service Center, attending job requests and other tasks assigned by the Chief Engineer/manager and Directors.

Responsible for carrying out the daily duties of a service coordinator, including but not limited to making arrangements related to sending engines to the sites, managing project requests, attending job requests received via phone and email, making site job cards, administrative works of Honda Marine Service Center, attending job requests and other tasks assigned by the Chief Engineer/manager and Directors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties.
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Monitoring projects and teams.
  • Attending and providing solutions for issues from customers and staffs.
  • Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
  • Generating and issuing invoices, quotations, and outstanding statements.
  • Ensure pricing is correct.
  • Keep reports of transactions.
  • Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue.
  • Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Actively support the management in continuously reviewing sales and risk relating to different credit customers.
  • Coordinating service center works.
    • Sending engines to the sites.
    • Managing project requests.
    • Attending job requests received via phone and email.
    • Other tasks assigned by the Chief Engineer/manager and Directors.
    • Making site job cards.
    • Attending job requests.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Ability to multitask.
  • Capacity to work as a team member or alone to achieve expected results.
  • Able to work long hours.

Education and Experience:

  • Applicant should have at least O’level qualification.
  • Related experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of ms excel and word

Salary and compensation

  • Monthly salary MVR10,000 – MVR12,000
  • Performance related pay benefits and incentives
  • Health Insurance
