Overall Responsibilities of the Post
- The primary objective of this role is to support the organization's L&D initiatives by performing a variety of tasks related to training needs identification, program development, and delivery.
Specific Duties
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across different departments
- Work collaboratively with the L&D team or external vendors to develop and implement training programs.
- Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, booking venues, and arranging refreshments
- Assist with the delivery of training programs by preparing materials, managing registration, and providing administrative support to trainers.
- May occasionally facilitate basic training modules or workshops
- Assist with collecting and analyzing feedback from participants and stakeholders on training programs
- Contribute to the development of evaluation tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives
- Maintain training records and program documentation.
- Stay updated on L&D trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with the L&D team and other HR departments to ensure alignment of training programs with HR policies and strategies
- Prepare reports on L&D activities as needed.
- Assist with developing HR related policies, procedures, and guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
- MNQF Level 7 qualification with minimum 1 year of experience in a related field OR
- MNQF Level 5 qualification with minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Salary Benefits:
- Salary: 10,840/-
