Eches Pvt Ltd is a leading firm committed to attracting and retaining talented individuals with the right attitude and attitude. We are currently seeking a full-time Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare GST statements for filing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments.
  • Process sales invoices, company receipts, and manage payments from suppliers and customers.
  • Reconcile multiple accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support to the Admin & Accounts Department.
  • Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and processing mail.
  • Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist the Department Head with daily accounting tasks.
  • Support administrative tasks, including renewals of facilities and other admin functions.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and proactively complete tasks.
  • Maintain accurate file records and update them as needed.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain financial records, process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in preparing Monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Support the management team with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Respond to queries related to accounts and administration.
 
Qualifications:
  • Completed GCE O'Level with accounting subject, or Diploma in Accounts.
  • A degree in a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent numerical abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to sit, stand, talk, and listen for extended periods during work.

Employment Terms:
  • Full-time position
  • Working hours: 09:00 to 17:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
  • 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays
