Eches Pvt Ltd is a leading firm committed to attracting and retaining talented individuals with the right attitude and attitude. We are currently seeking a full-time Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare GST statements for filing.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments.
- Process sales invoices, company receipts, and manage payments from suppliers and customers.
- Reconcile multiple accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide support to the Admin & Accounts Department.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and processing mail.
- Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist the Department Head with daily accounting tasks.
- Support administrative tasks, including renewals of facilities and other admin functions.
- Enter and maintain accurate records.
- Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and proactively complete tasks.
- Maintain accurate file records and update them as needed.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain financial records, process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparing Monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support the management team with budgeting and financial planning.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Respond to queries related to accounts and administration.
Qualifications:
- Completed GCE O'Level with accounting subject, or Diploma in Accounts.
- A degree in a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent numerical abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to sit, stand, talk, and listen for extended periods during work.

Employment Terms:
- Full-time position
- Working hours: 09:00 to 17:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
- 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays
