We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team! If you’re an outgoing individual, a skilled negotiator, and have a passion for connecting with people, this could be the perfect role for you.
Essential Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Outgoing personality with the confidence to engage with diverse individuals
- Valid driving license
- Experience in Tech/IT B2B and B2C sales is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills, punctuality, honesty, and diligence
- Ability to easily connect with and maintain customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Achieve sales targets and meet marketing objectives
- Oversee content creation, bid proposals, and respond to customer inquiries
- Track and report on sales performance and project statuses
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Train and build a highly efficient sales team
- Prepare promotional materials and press releases
- Engage potential customers and establish long-term client relationships
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Lead the social media strategy for both markets, ensuring consistent engagement with followers and creating compelling content to highlight products, events, and stories
- Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, Google ads, and other platforms, with a focus on targeting specific customer segments in each location
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of digital campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of managing partnerships and PR efforts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis and reporting on key performance metrics
Employment Terms:
- Full-time position
- Working hours: 09:00 to 17:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
- 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays
