Key Competencies:
As a member of the Executive Committee, the Director of Guest Experience will influence every aspect of the guest journey from arrival to after their departure. Having worked in a similar style resort/hotel with at least 3 years in a senior position you will be a great problem solver and:
- Be wholly focused on guest experiences, feeling totally at ease in terms of guest interaction, spending much of your time in public view and being at the heart of daily communications
- Have a sound knowledge of all luxury resort operations and injunction with the leadership team drive, Quality Assurance/LQA measures, ensuring Brand and service standards are met through regular audits
- Have strong diplomacy, communication and listening skills whilst projecting a credible executive image with polish and poise.
- Must be fluent – verbal/written in Russian and English, other European languages a bonus!
- Financially savvy and keeping track on service recovery costs and preparation of your budgets
